Flood Preparedness and Floodplain Information

Are you in a floodplain?? Do you need a permit?? What permits do I need?? These are al good questions and can be answered with just a small rule of thumb before you  dive into researching all the permits.  If you live next to, or are in the vicinity of a river, lake or creek….
