MISSION

The Lincoln County Superintendent of Schools strives to provide a quality, well-rounded education to all students in Lincoln County.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Superintendent of Schools serves as an elected county official and county school officer. As Chief County School Financial Officer, job responsibilities include supervision of public schools. This includes calculating budgets and levies for all school budgets; recording, registering and preserving all official records; advising school trustees; acting as the hearing officer on all matters of controversy resulting from decisions of the district trustees; chairing the County Transportation committee and providing educational information to the public.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Except Holidays)
