MISSION

The Personnel Office provides personnel resource management services for Lincoln County.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This office works with managers, supervisors, elected officials and other county employees on a wide variety of employment-related issues. These include recruitment and selection, employee orientation, compliance with state and federal employment laws and compensation. It is also the responsibility of this office to develop, revise and administer personnel policies and procedures which are adopted by the Board of Commissioners.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays
