MISSION STATEMENT

The Lincoln County Attorney, as an elected official, provides fair and vigorous prosecution under the Constitution of the United States and the State of Montana. This office also gives competent and professional legal representation to the agencies we represent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office of the County Attorney is primarily responsible for the prosecution of criminal offenses and legal representation on behalf of Lincoln County and Montana government agencies.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays
