Lincoln County is online with the Office of Vital Statistics in Helena. Therefore, this office can access birth certificates for all Montana counties currently on record.

Who can get a Birth Certificate?

According to the Montana Code Annotated, vital records may be issued to the registrant, the registrant's spouse, children, parents or guardians, or an authorized representative.

Please print a copy of the appropriate form. Once you have completely filled it out, the form must be signed in the presence of a notary public OR you must include a copy of photo identification of the signer. Then mail the form, with your payment, to the address below.
